Guild is hiring a Partner Operations Associate to improve the efficiency and efficacy of the Learning Marketplace Partnership team and to strengthen our partnerships with Guild’s learning providers. This role is key to enabling the Guild Learning Marketplace to best serve tens of thousands of students at scale.
We are looking for someone with outstanding project management skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and an ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a base salary range of $55,000-$66,250 as well as variable compensation and company stock options.
As a Partner Operations Associate, you will:
- Be accountable for the operational success of a subset of Guild’s deeply integrated learning partners
- Serve as the operational “face” of Guild, collaborating with Partner Management and external partners to coordinate and support day-to-day learning partner operations and broader operational work streams as needed
- Collaborate within Learning Partner Success to provide input, support, and insights on operational priorities and opportunities for improvement
- Leverage data and partner input to proactively identify and resolve issues impacting core business processes or student experience in a timely manner
- Develop subject matter expertise in a subset of operational workstreams
- Maintain business-critical systems, such as program catalogs and training resources, that provide internal and external stakeholders with accurate and up-to-date information on our learning partners and Guild, respectively
- Be an integral member of a team committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment that you’d support every day
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- Experience in similar or related roles, ideally in which long-term relationships/partnerships were essential to the business’s success
- Ability to work effectively on multiple, sophisticated, cross-functional projects at the same time
- Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate effectively through written and verbal means while under pressure
- High attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of both the high-level progress and the small details
- Examples of how you’ve successfully taken a data-driven approach to building simple, scalable solutions to complex problems
- An understanding of the issues Guild’s students face and the ways in which Guild and our university partners can address them to improve student outcomes
- A background in or knowledge of higher education and experience working directly with university staff
