We are seeking an accomplished and dynamic Partner Operations & Strategy Director to join our GTM Strategy & Operations team at Yext! In this strategic role, you will be responsible for operationalizing and driving strategic channel initiatives and operational excellence in support of the Partner organization to drive revenue growth. You will work collaboratively to align partner strategies with Yext's overarching goals.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with the world-wide Alliance team in building out partner programs and strategy across each of the Alliance GTM initiatives for GSI, SI, Reseller, Referral, etc.
  • Drive operational improvements and coordinate cross functionally to build out Alliance reporting and insights against GTM KPI’s
  • Work with the GTM Tech Stack team to ensure the Alliance team has the appropriate application and system support to drive operational efficiency and ensure the best in class experience for our Alliance partners.
  • Assists Channel Account Managers with partner queries and onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define shared business objectives, create joint strategies, and establish measurable success metrics.
  • Be responsible for the operational execution of partner initiatives by coordinating efforts across sales, marketing, product, and technical teams.
  • Develop our Partner Enablement strategy, working closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and other cross functional teams.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics, identify areas for enhancement, and collaborate on strategies to optimize partner success and revenue generation.
  • Design and implement efficient processes, workflows, and best practices to enhance partner operations scalability and effectiveness.
  • Proactively capture partner feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to advise internal teams and influence product and go-to-market strategies.
  • Partner internally with the Partner Marketing team to drive effective messaging to each of our Alliance channels.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to co-create joint sales plans and support partner-driven sales opportunities.

What You Have

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in partner management, Partner or Sales operations, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Extensive experience in Salesforce.com or related PRM tool and process management
  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with senior executives and technical/ non-technical team members alike.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an interest in building and managing relationships across various levels.
  • Strong project management abilities, including multitasking and prioritizing optimally across multiple projects.
  • Data-driven mentality with a curiosity about interpreting data, extracting insights, and making informed recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, Business Administration, and/or related field
  • Analytical problem solver and independent-minded thinker; can apply theoretical concepts to real business problems. Brings strong time, organizational, and skill management.
  • High-energy, high-integrity individual who can simultaneously drive change while sustaining a culture of team play.
  • Experience performing in a fast-changing environment that requires analytical thinking, results-oriented decision making and commitment to operational excellence.
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment. Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and events.

The base salary at the time of hire for this position is expected to be between $153,900 - $257,000. Pay ranges at Yext are established based on an analysis of salaries for positions with a similar level of accountability and impact in the relevant labor market. Salary levels are expected to change to reflect an employee’s job performance (results and impact) over time. Salaries at the time of hire are typically offered in the lower to middle of the above-referenced range in order to provide the opportunity to reflect performance-based increases over time. In addition to base salaries, employees at Yext are typically eligible for a comprehensive package of benefits, and successful candidates may also be eligible for equity (stock) based compensation and/or variable pay programs based on performance relative to goals and targets.
