Job Summary:Â
The Product Manager will lead the product strategy and delivery of products and capabilities that enable the coordination of staff and volunteers supporting preparedness and response activities. You will work with clients, sales, client service, and product development in bringing new products to market as well as leading ongoing releases for existing products.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Program Development: Lead the creation and launch of a comprehensive partner program tailored to integrate seamlessly with Juvare applications. This includes defining program objectives, benefits, and requirements for potential partners.Â
- Partner Identification & Onboarding: Proactively identify, recruit, and onboard software and data partners whose offerings can enhance the functionality and value of Juvare applications. Ensure a smooth and efficient integration process for all parties involved.Â
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, other product managers, and internal stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate program benefits, and ensure alignment with overall product and company strategy.Â
- Integration Roadmaps: Develop and maintain detailed roadmaps for partner integrations, outlining key milestones, timelines, and dependencies. Ensure these roadmaps are communicated effectively across teams.Â
- Engineering Liaison: Act as a bridge between the partner program and engineering teams to prioritize and facilitate necessary engineering work. Ensure that integration efforts align with technical capabilities and product roadmaps.Â
- Performance Metrics:Â Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the partner program, evaluating its impact on product enhancement, customer satisfaction, and overall business growth.Â
QualificationsÂ
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in partner management, business development, or a similar role within the technology sector, with a proven track record of creating and managing partner programs.Â
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify strategic partnership opportunities that align with company goals and enhance product value. Skilled in developing integration roadmaps and executing against them.Â
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, partners, product managers, and internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.Â
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges and driving forward program objectives.Â
