Job content – Change with Impact
The job content varies, but includes:

• Being a key player in developing our strategy consulting business in the DACH region
• Nurturing personal network and acquiring client engagements
• Overall responsibility for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments in different industries and creating impact for our clients by supporting them through the transformation
• Management of stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organisation
• Training and developing consultants on and off projects
• Building own client relationships with current and prospective clients

We are looking for people who
 

• Have 7-10 years of experience; a minimum of 5 years as a project manager or engagement manager from another consultancy company within strategy consulting
• Hold at least one relevant master’s degree with excellent results
• Are true functional and/or sector experts within their field of expertise with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions
• Have experience from several of the following types of projects: company strategy development and execution, strategic innovation, turnaround, commercial due diligence and business development
• Have the ability to establish good co-operation with clients at all organisational levels and being the top management’s trusted adviser
• Have strong sales capabilities
• Have strong process and project management skills and experience
• Are fluent in written and spoken German (C1)
• Have the ability and the desire to manage and develop other people

You are passionate about creating results, and you believe in an appreciative approach in the execution of change. You have strong analytical and communication skills and the ability to know what is important to the client and why. You are empathetic and create positive energy in the work environment.
