Cloudflare is seeking a Global Partner Program Leader. This role is responsible for the leading, managing and continuous improvement of Cloudflare's next generation partner program that includes multiple partners types: VARs, MSPs, SIs, and more globally. The individual that fills this position will have the opportunity to lead the transformation and growth of a world class partner program to help Cloudflare drive our ambitious growth objectives.
As the leader and key driver of Cloudflare's Partner Program, the individual that fills this position will work closely with leaders in Partner Operations, Partner Marketing, Partner Enablement, Finance, Legal and other groups within Cloudflare that support the overall Partner and Channel organization. This role offers a high degree of autonomy, and we are looking for leaders that are self-starters seeking to drive significant impact and value in a fast growth environment.
What You'll Do
  • Define the vision and own development and scaling of a world class partner program that will rival the best partner programs in the industry today
  • Bring your own ideas to the table and launch them to help us build the best partner program in the industry
  • Design and manage program requirements and benefits for each partner type and tier to ensure partners are rewarded for value delivered
  • Conceptualize and scale incentive and reward models for our partners globally to drive revenue growth from partners
  • Work cross-functionally to design and launch seamless partner onboarding and engagement experiences with Cloudflare assets
  • Engage with our partner enablement team to launch new partner certification programs and competency assessments
  • Track and maintain a multi-type and multi-tier structure to support various types of partners

We're Looking For Someone With
  • 5+ years experience working with partner programs
  • Self-starter with a strong ability to operate in a dynamic environment with minimal supervision
  • Strong ability to influence stakeholders at middle management and senior management levels, internally and externally
  • Creative problem solver with a drive to build something new
  • Team player with proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management skills and strong attention to details
  • Experience working in a Tier-1 software company partner organization
  • Experience building or operating in multi-type and multi-tier partner programs that include the world's leading Global System Integrators, Infrastructure providers, Service Providers, ISVs, Technology partners and the broader Channel Partner community
  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Have 5+ years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Marketing and/or Operations with SaaS companies

  • Have experience in scaling and growing an ecosystem of partners, via programs that can touch thousands of partners
  • Are action oriented and enjoy working in a highly matrixed fast paced environment with a high degree of autonomy
  • Enjoy problem solving, diving into data and improving how things are done in the unstructured environment of a high-growth technology company
  • Have a proven track record of leading complex, multi-stakeholder projects to success
  • Love building relationships inside and outside the organization
