Partner Program Manager
Job Description
The Partner Program Manager will play a critical role supporting the Field organization, specifically the Partnerships Team, in owning the Partner Program strategy and executing on key initiatives to help drive engagement with our partner ecosystem. This role requires a candidate who has experience supporting Partnerships with the ability to work cross-functionally and help define and operationalize the Partner Program. The candidate must be a strong leader, self-directed, well organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Â
What to expect?Partner Program
- Assist in the development, improvement, and implementation of our Solution Partner Program
- Update annual Solution Partner Program
- Manage Partner performance quarterly and enable Partnerships Team with accurate data points
- Audit and maintain inventory of signed partners
- Develop onboarding process of new partners in collaboration with Partner Enablement
- Lead partner communications strategy with support by marketing (e.g., monthly partner email, bi-weekly sales update)
- Develop MDF/Referral Commissions process and managementÂ
Partner Ops
- Assist with day-to-day activities supported by Partnerships & RevOps
- Be a thought leader and go-to expert on resources and tools
- Keep Partnerships, Revenue Operations & Field Organization documentation up-to-date and relevant in company Wiki
- Work directly with key Partner leaders on critical strategic, organizational, and operational projects designed to increase revenue, productivity, and operational efficiency
- Work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal
- 3+ years experience in Partnerships and Program Management; SAAS companies preferred
- Partner Portal experience preferred
- BS/BA in related field
- Deep Partner Program experience and expertise
- Cross-Functional Team Leadership & Project Management experience preferred
