AffiniPay is hiring a Partner Program Manager. This role will support the partnerships team and help to further promote the promise to be Surprisingly Great in the minds of our internal stakeholders and third party software integration partners. This role is a fit for you if you have experience and interest in coordinating activities and information between multiple internal and external teams. You will work with the business development, marketing, and product leads throughout the entire lifecycle of our B2B partner relationships, including: technical onboarding, product launch, ongoing co-marketing, and all other growth strategies employed with our third party software partners. You will be an important part of a rapidly growing new business channel at AffiniPay, and help the team develop from good to great through your attention to detail and in depth knowledge of what both internal and external stakeholders need to be successful.
What You'll Do
- Assist business development account managers in new business and account management processes
- Collaborate with internal and partner marketing teams to manage the delivery of partner sales enablement and marketing assets and programs
- Work collaboratively to coordinate updates and new details about partners to engineering, product, marketing, support, and sales teams, both internally and at the partner org
- Collaborate with Dev Support and Solution Engineering team members to enable partners to have a seamless and successful integration experience
- Organize internal events/trainings for partner related presentations (e.g. Partner of the Month)
- Own the process for delivery of monthly and quarterly royalty reports, payments, and eNewsletter to partners
- Ensure partners are provided with an effective, positive partner experience and marketing ROI invested in their growth
- Produce tools educating both partners and Business Development on joint value propositions and market opportunities to enable engagement and marketing activities
- Measure success and adjust programs to further improve and maximize results
- Assist account managers in keeping Salesforce CRM up to date and reporting accurate
- Prepare results tracking and reporting for weekly team meeting, and as requested for executive and board-level meetings
About You
- Previous customer support or relationship management experienceÂ
- Proven success at project and program management
- Comfortable with public speaking/presentation delivery
- 4-6 years related work experience
- Must care about people and want to work to ensure the success of our partners
- Embrace challenges and enjoy solving for each specific situation
- Self-starter who enjoys winning as a team
- Operations or payments experience a plus
- This role is Austin, TX -based
