Job Description

The Partner Program Operations Manager will manage the operations to support the Thomson Reuters Partner Program. This person will drive the design, planning, and execution of strategic partner initiatives. Success in this role requires the ability to manage complex projects, while working closely with multiple functional groups to ensure successful outcomes for Thomson Reuters partners.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Partner Program Operations Manager you will:
  • Partner with cross functional teams to design and launch programs, processes, policies, and systems
  • Collaborate with Operations analysts to measure partner attainment of program requirements
  • Measure success of the program as it relates to business goals
  • Oversee fulfillment of partner benefits, and evolve those to meet the goals of the business
  • Lead internal activities defining what is considered success for our partner ecosystem
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams on outbound campaigns and communications


About You

You're a fit for the role of Partner Program Operations Manager if your background includes:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 5-7+ years of experience supporting global partner program operations
  • Ability to take complex problems and summarize key insights and lead a team to drive the optimal outcomes
  • Ability to communicate cross-functionally and with senior leaders to gain sponsorship on strategic programs and long-term initiatives
  • Ability to be a self-starter, influencing others, tackling unstructured and undefined problems, taking ownership, and driving objectives to achieve the desired outcome
  • Ability to lead a variety of stakeholders and manage multiple projects with competing priorities aligned to short and long-term objectives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with diverse technical and non-technical groups, spanning all organizational levels
  • The ability to answer unstructured business questions and work independently to drive projects and create new processes
