About the role:
Samsara has several emerging Channel programs that have the potential to drive significant growth for the company. These include Insurance, Resale, Referral, and Technology Integration Partners. As a Partner Program Specialist, you will own Partner Program Enrollment, Internal Enablement, and internal Partner Pipeline creation campaigns for Samsara’s global partner team. You will work closely with our Partner Account Managers and Partner Program Managers to drive a robust experience for customers working with Partner, ensure our sales team has the right resources to work well with Partners, and thoughtfully drive pipeline activities through partner plays with cross-functional teams.
This is an entrepreneurial role that requires strong cross-functional skills and specific attention to detail. The role has strong potential for growth along with our partner programs.
This team is remote. The role can be office-based in SF or ATL or fully remote in the US and Canada.

In this role, you will:
- Own Program Enrollment for key customers into strategic Partner Programs. Work with Account Executives (AEs) and Partner Account Managers to ensure customers are qualified and operationally set up to transact seamlessly.
- Lead run-the-business activities to ensure Partners receive monthly reports and data as related to their strategic program with Samsara.
- Own Partner team internal enablement requirements and work to scope and prioritize within Sales Enablement organization.
- Build and maintain e-learning programs for Partner Account Managers and AEs globally.
- Working with Partner leaders and Marketing, drive pipeline generating focused campaigns across internal organizations, such as Account Development, to optimize Partner Program account mapping activities.
- Manage internal Partner to Sales teams resources and communication channels including documentation, mailers, and intranet.
- Own PMO dashboard operations to drive OKR structure across the global team.
- Support ad hoc strategic projects as needed.
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 2 years of experience in sales administration, strategy, operations, enablement role
- Stellar analytical, written, and verbal communications skills
- Understanding of Excel, Salesforce, SmartSheets
- Previous hands-on experience gathering requirements and ideating to build cross-functional project plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and effectively navigate ambiguity with support from leadership
- Consistent track record of top performance
An ideal candidate also has:
- Basic understanding of how channel partnerships work
- Comfort with accountability to multiple internal and external stakeholders, with ability to effectively prioritize between them
- Sensitivity to sales cycle and able to handle complex customer/partner situations
