The team you'll be part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

What you will learn and contribute to

Responsible for proactively driving Nokia's Private wireless campus market share growth together with our strategic channel partners. PSE will be primarily responsible for providing technical leadership to partners, acting as the technical go to person for our partners' technical teams.

As part of our team, you will:
  • Business Development , Technical Leadership & Opportunity Support
  • Participate in evaluating and developing business opportunities in collaboration with Partner Sales Managers
  • Defines Technical Business Plan together with Partner's Account Manager
  • Private Wireless Campus Evangelists to lead our partners in end customers' journey to OT digitization
  • Develop deep relationship with partner's technical organization to improve Nokia Private Wireless Campus mind share
  • Drive partner's self sufficiency on positioning, selling, competing & supporting by working closely with PSS .
  • Provide high touch local language SPOC engagement for our partners in the focus countries
  • Coach & Mentor partners through engagement at opportunity level to drive their capability
  • Dedicated to Specific or Multiple Partners
  • Support partners in reviewing and validating solution design and offers
  • Work with partners to develop custom solution packages
  • Provide guidance on the ancillaries required to execute the solution
  • Support partners in their trade shows
  • Support PSM's in the approval process
  • Support targeted recruitment & working with partners that are assessing Nokia's technology
  • Guide partners on the local spectrum & application process .
  • Support partners in responding to SOC where required

Your skills and experience
  • 15 + years of experience working with Solution Architecture in presales/delivery
  • Experience working with enterprise customers in various verticals
  • Deep Understanding of Nokia portfolio (products, software, and services) such as RAN, EVC, APC, NGC and CMM/CMG/CMU and business applications
  • Candidate should have deep business, process, IT/OT, and network knowledge with the following attributes and skills:
  • Ability to learn different technologies quickly and adapt customer needs to meet presales need
  • Experience in Products, services, testing and software lifecycle processes in both small and large team environments
  • Ability to motivate team and maintain morale and a positive work environment
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple organizational function
  • Experience in supporting bid teams during various offer development phases (e.g., solution description, Scope of Work (SoW), configurations and pricing
  • Collaboration, consulting, and teaching skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral, written and presenting skills
  • Bachelors or master's degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • One of the Language skills is important - (English/French)
