Job Description
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in client, account or partner management in the digital video ad sales business.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience delivering quality work, delivering to goals.
- Experience developing business cases including research, analysis, and synthesizing key insights.
- Understanding of the digital video landscape.
- Understanding of stakeholder needs, performing situational analysis and making recommendations.

As a YouTube Partner Sales Lead, you will deliver and develop activation strategies, enabling a subset of our YouTube partners to promote to advertisers, driving a business generation stream for YouTube.
You will leverage your working knowledge of relevant product areas, landscape and publisher/advertiser perspectives to help shape the commercial and Go-To-Market strategy for driving adoption of promoting YouTube alongside publishers' managed and operated platforms.
You will support partner onboarding and manage day-to-day activities to increase partner investment in the program via education and incentives, ensuring partners are set up for success when promoting their first campaigns. You will also advocate for changes and offer solutions to drive success for partners and Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$159,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Deliver full pieces of regional/global projects, by translating market and partner needs into product requirements to evolve the program and our product.
- Support the structuring of alphas and betas, conducting research and contributing to product/program adoption.
- Provide actionable insights regarding the business and support activation and product decisions by leveraging product knowledge, analytical skills, insights gleaned from customer feedback and understanding of external markets.
- Develop relationships, building influence across Partner Sales and internal cross-functional stakeholders, in order to inform and support decisions that maximize benefit.
- Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain our culture and operations, making Google a better place to work.
