WISE, a division of CloserIQ, is a global community dedicated to empowering women in sales with the knowledge and network they need to be successful. Through B2B partnerships, WISE offers resources and programming to support companies with their employer branding, employee engagement, and talent acquisition.


Role Description

WISE is hiring a Partner Sales Manager to drive growth in B2B partnerships through sales, onboarding, and customer success. As PSM, you will drive the full cycle customer journey from sales to renewals and play an integral role in growing the overall WISE community and reputation. The ideal candidate previously sold software or services into corporate HR/People, or Sales/Marketing departments and has an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Excited about being a part of a small team, collaborating with marketing, product, and engineering teams to creatively evolve and improve our solution.
  • Motivated by the opportunity to build processes and structure from the ground up.
  • Becoming a highly visible leader within the WISE community and comfortable moderating panel events.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, cold call, and set meetings with corporate HR, Sales, and Marketing decision makers interested in partnering with WISE.

  • Drive contract negotiations, procurement, and legal redlining through completion for new accounts, renewals, and upsells.

  • Onboard new partners and set them up for success to achieve partner success KPIs.

  • Source speakers from the WISE community and help drive programming for panel events.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a complex, closing role. It could be in partnerships, business development, or preferably in a full sales cycle role.

  • Familiarity with selling HR SaaS product or HR services (recruiting, consulting, etc.)

  • Comfortable working US EST in a 100% fully remote setting.
