Overview:

This global role for a Partner Solutions Engineer will report to the Director of Partner Success. You will work within our Partnerships & Alliances teams as a primary technical subject-matter expert for both the our teams and the partners we serve. Your top priorities will include the design and configuration of solutions for a variety of partners that will allow them to showcase their combined offering with LivePerson to their customer base. This will also include managing the technical certification process through which partners will be LivePerson solutions on their own behalf, including enablement, lab exercises, accreditation, quality assurance and ongoing maintenance.

You will be part of a smart, dynamic, impactful team and to help improve the use of Conversational AI solutions that bring massive value to the world's largest brands.

You will:

  • Gather requirements and scope both standard and custom solutions of a core set of strategic partners and their brands
  • Collaborate with development resources within the partners to design, configure, build and provide solutions with the end goal to make the partner self-sufficient in being able to configure these solutions for subsequent customers
  • Work with both internal and partner sales teams to demonstrate both LivePerson core capabilities and those solutions configured for the partner, with the end goal to make the partner self-sufficient in performing future demonstrations
  • Manage an internal budget of hours and entitlements with the LivePerson implementation and technical teams to ensure organized, efficient, value-driven engagement between teams and partners who may need to use their skills
  • Collaborate with Partner Enablement to develop, communicate and manage a certification process for engineering and delivery enablement that ensures partners are self-sufficient in driving their own LivePerson delivery practices, including accreditation, lab exercises, quality assurance, badges and ongoing maintenance
  • Measure the adoption and efficacy of the delivery certification program for partners
  • Be a center of excellence in fielding technical questions from both new and certified partners
  • Some travel required, as we are a global team supporting global business.

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field, training or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of development experience, either front/full stack or backend development
  • 1+ years experience implementing or integrating LivePerson or similar conversational and AI-based SaaS solutions
  • Organize the different technical elements of an implementation project into a cohesive program that is teachable, repeatable, motivational and value driven
  • Experience with customer-facing communication, and communication across internal and partner stakeholders at several levels
  • A true experience helping people be successful and the desire to make a difference
