The Role

As Partner Solutions Consultant, you will team with Addepar's Delivery Partners to ensure project delivery assurance for partner-led Addepar implementations and support overall partner governance. You will onboard, train, and enable partners to make them proficient and self-sufficient in leading deployments and successfully transitioning clients to Addepar Support. You will work closely with partners as an Addepar product and implementation expert to support their solutions design and project execution. You have a deep understanding of both finance and technology, are passionate about solving problems, work well with internal teams and take ownership of our partners’ and clients’ success. Additionally, you’ll enable our Sales and Marketing departments by helping them fully understand the scope and capabilities of each partner in our ecosystem. You’ll need to have a balance of broad technical experience, strong organizational skills, ability to work flexibly and collaboratively with a range of external firms, and the ability to solve issues at the enterprise level.

A Partner Solutions Consultant is given discretion over their projects and work schedule. They are expected to display a good sense of self-reliance and the ability to collaborate with other Addepar teams, including our Sales, Partnerships, Engineering, and Product teams. They must deeply understand our target markets and the clients we serve. Ideal candidates also possess the technical skills to take a hands-on approach to instructing, learning, and developing the functions of our software.

Addepar takes a market-based approach to pay. A successful candidate’s starting pay will be 

determined based on the role, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base salary for roles in Colorado, California, and New York.

The current range for this role is $73,000 - $137,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

What You’ll Do
  • Oversee a portfolio of partner-led implementation projects, ensuring shared implementation framework and methodologies are established and practiced throughout client onboarding
  • Support overall partner governance, including identifying and providing constructive feedback and themes to your manager about how to enhance the partnership and client outcomes
  • Train and onboard new partners as well as coach existing partner teams on standard methodologies and new product functionality
  • Facilitate coordination and communication between partners and internal Services, Data, and Support teams, ensuring proper project delivery from all teams and seamless transitions at appropriate project milestones
  • Be the go-to resource for all partners supporting technical and business needs, including architecting and onboarding supported integrations
  • Collaborate internally with Partnerships and other colleagues to scale Addepar’s Partnership Services program
  • Educates GTM team on the delivery partner program and services offered by partners
  • Effectively set and govern expectations both internally and externally
  • Prioritize and context-switch effectively to complete simultaneous projects, seeing each through to the finish line
  • Meticulously document work and influence others to do so as well
  • Think critically about how to improve our current processes and tools both internally and externally as our partner and client base expands
  • Be an expert on all things Addepar!
Who You Are
  • 5+ years experience in Financial Services or Consulting in related fields in client/partner-facing roles
  • 2+ years experience working with partners in technical support or consulting role
  • Applicants must have outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills
  • The ideal candidate must be independent, adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients via email, on the phone and face-to-face in one-on-one and group settings
  • Passion for technology and finance
  • Experience with programming/scripting, specifically python
  • Occasional Travel
