The Partner team at Clyde is dedicated to a culture centered around the education and enablement of our partners. We are product-obsessed and seeking a charismatic individual that is equally passionate about Clyde’s mission and product, excited and eager to evangelize both across the ecommerce ecosystem.
As a Partner Success Manager at Clyde, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partnerships with a goal of generating new business opportunities through our partner network. You will be deepening relationships with a book of existing accounts and forging new relationships with partners across the ecommerce landscape.
Requirements
- Drive top of funnel activity through warm introductions, joint marketing, and events
- Expand partnerships with a portfolio of agency and technology partners
- Lead regular education and training sessions with partners (virtual and in-person)
- Identify new business opportunities across our partner ecosystem through account mapping and planning sessions with partners and Clyde’s commercial teams
- Evangelize our partners with Clyde’s internal teams in an effort to drive referrals back to our partners and identify opportunities for wider collaborations
- Knowledge or experience with ecommerce concepts and technologies – bonus points for knowledge of the warranty space
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS company
- Travel for conferences, partner on-sites, and events, up to 25%
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of work experience, including 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management role
- While prior experience in a partnerships role is not required, proven experience in achieving revenue targets is a must
