What’s the role?

BeyondTrust is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Success Manager to execute our partner success strategy in the Americas. Your mission is to collaborate with partners, enabling them to drive customers successfully throughout their journey from Land and Adopt through Expand and Renew.

Reporting to the Director, of Partner Success, the ideal candidate will bring a blend of relationship management skills, business and technical acumen, and a passion for partner success.

What will you be doing?

  • Work cooperatively with Channel, Sales, SE, and Professional Services teams to engage partners for pre-sales assistance and service delivery
  • Support partners by evaluating their capabilities, guiding their enablement, monitoring their success, and advising corrective action as needed
  • Collaborate with our technical enablement teams to execute and continuously improve our partner enablement strategy for a variety of partner types including resellers, system integrators, and managed service providers
  • Ensure accurate tracking, measuring, and reporting of partner and customer success
  • Recommend improvements to the benefits and requirements of the BeyondTrust partner program
  • Build and maintain relationships between our Professional Services and the partner ecosystem
  • Develop and execute capacity and capability plans to assure partners are well-positioned to deliver successful customer implementations with high degrees of customer success
  • Effectively coach & enable partners on both the technical and financial aspects of their services practice
  • Identify gaps in knowledge and processes and collaborate with all levels of leadership (internal and external) to ensure rapid deployment of training and tools needed to address those gaps

What skills and experience do I need?

  • 2+ years experience in an IT pre-sales, professional services, or partner success role
  • Experience evaluating performance to identify areas of improvement and optimization
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills

What are other desirable skills and experience?

  • Demonstrated knowledge of diverse partner ecosystems and business models including resell, professional services and managed services
  • Experience working with Salesforce (CRM) and report building 
  • Experience working as a channel partner
  • Experience in IT Security and/or SaaS
  • A thirst for knowledge and improvement
