Position Summary:

We are seeking a Partner Success Manager within our retail seller services account team. Our PSMs are responsible for the topline and bottom line growth of their assigned accounts while serving as a people manager for their account management team. This role is highly visible, reporting directly to the general manager of the retail team and engaging weekly with the Kaspien senior leadership team.
Essential Job Functions:
- Act as the face of Kaspien (POC, quarterback, gatekeeper) with assigned partner accounts
- Set up, plan out and execute ecommerce strategies on Amazon, Walmart and/or Target marketplaces
- Deep dive sales performance and recommend action plans based on data and research
- Manage projects, calendars, and cross-functional team support
- Coordinate forecasts, ensure in-stock position, review purchase orders and manage inventory
- Analyze and maximize profitability through merchandising and pricing
- Manage performance of marketing and SEO initiatives
- Ensure marketplace health and optimize the brand-driven online shopping experience
- Supervise, coach, train and professional develop a core team of 3-5 partner success managers
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Knowledge, Education and Experience:
- 4+ years' work experience in retail, marketing, sales or customer service (with at least 2 years' in a managerial capacity)
- Bachelor's degree
- 3+ years' work experience in a supplier relations position preferred
- Experience prioritizing and managing customer needs and expectations
Required Skills:
- 2+ years' experience in ecommerce account management (Amazon experience preferred)
- Self-motivated, able to work productively via remote working environment (ability to assume responsibility and work independently with little supervision)
- Product exemplary results whether working independently or collaborating with your team
- Impressive attention to detail and goal-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple small, medium and/or large partner account relationships, work under pressure and adjust plans to meet changing needs and requirements
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Adept at learning new software programs and tools
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage many ongoing projects at once
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Strong client service mindset
Work Environment:
- Fast-paced, deadline-oriented remote work environment
- Remote work with occasional travel to Spokane Valley, WA headquarters and/or partner meetings as needed
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to regularly talk, hear, see, and operate a computer, keyboard and mouse
- Occasionally lift, pull/push and carry up to 15 pounds
- 5-10% travel may be required for internal meetings or external events
