The Partner Success Pricing Specialist is responsible for coordinating with CSM’s and partners to provide pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsells and then successfully and efficiently close those opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all opportunities within assigned customer portfolio and perform research to understand customer health and account status as it pertains to those opportunities
- Coordinate with MSP Per Client CSM’s to strategize on renewals, add-ons and upsells for their customers to maximize bookingsÂ
- Be proactive when conducting discovery with partners on opportunities and handle any objections to ensure predictability of successfully closing those opportunities
- Negotiate with partners on opportunities to prevent churn and secure optimal terms
- Employ pricing strategies that meet the company’s standards, policies, and procedures
- Generate pricing quotes for renewals, add-ons, and upsellsÂ
- Manage your assigned 30, 60, and 90 day opportunity pipeline, weekly and daily forecasts and meet regularly with Channel Customer Success Regional Director to review.
- Conduct six month account and budget reviews
- Meet and exceed bookings targets and quotas
- Maintain impeccable administration of your opportunities in the Company’s CRM
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience and education preferred
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security FieldÂ
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRMÂ Â
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word Â
- Experience with Gmail and Google Docs Â
- Experience with web Browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)Â Â
- IT experience/exposure is a plus Â
- Prior experience as a Customer Success Manager preferred Â
- General understanding of Channel Partners, including Resellers, Distributors, Managed Service Providers, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communications Â
- Superior Customer Service skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Ability to build a rapport through phone calls, email and video conferencingÂ
- Strong collaborative and teamwork skills Â
- Strong negotiation skillsÂ
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
