About the role:
TMB has tens of thousands of contributors (people who film something remarkable, capture a
special photo, share a family recipe) and consumers of our brands (purchase a video license,
watch the Taste of Home TV app, etc) It is the Partner Support Coordinatorβs job to ensure that
our contributors and consumers are informed, updated, with any issues resolved urgently. This
includes communicating appropriately with contributors and consumers at various touch points
throughout their lifecycle.
This position will report to the Partner Support Manager and work closely with the Support,
Marketing, Rights Management, and Licensing departments.
Responsibilities: your day-day:
- Proactively answer contributor inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and work with internal stakeholders to find solutions
- Ideate, plan, launch, and manage campaigns designed to keep our community engaged, informed, and submitting quality content
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align the creator experience across email, the partner dashboard, feedback, etc. for a cohesive creator experience
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of various campaigns and efforts
- Gather feedback to identify trends and provide insights and recommendations to improve the overall contributor experience
- Maintain a thorough understanding of services, products and policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to contributors
Qualifications: you have:
- At least 3 years experience in marketing or communications, with experience in support, email marketing, or social media
- Strong writing and copy editing skills with excellent spelling & grammar
- Ability to effectively juggle multiple projects with different objectives and varying deadlines
- Personality profile to fit into a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture that requires teamwork and significant interaction with employees at all levels
- Well-developed Microsoft Office, Excel, CRM, email marketing and analytical skills
