  • 10 years of experience in process, policy, or program design for service organizations, leading business transformation initiatives.
  • Experience in client management and working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in Global Mobility or Global Talent Mobility.
  • Experience in leading strategic and operational initiatives, managing transformation projects, and developing and executing a mobility and immigration services plan.
  • Experience in employer sponsored U.S. Immigration.
  • Ability to formulate data-driven proposals.
  • Excellent process design skills.
  • Excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills.

As a Partner Support Manager for the Mobility and Immigration sector, you will serve as a subject matter expert for our onboarding tools and systems related portfolio of activities and projects. You'll aggregate service line metrics and user insights to deliver business reviews and drive a multi-year service road map.

In this role, you will own the Human Resource (HR) Operations (Ops) overarching experience for the onboarding process and will partner with business stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop and communicate strategy, metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). You will manage development of the review process to gain insights into performance and ensure that solutions are proactively identified before issues occur.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $190,000-$284,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction for the evolution of our global HR Ops service delivery and resourcing model for the mobility and immigration functions to deliver exceptional Googler experiences. Ensure cross-regional alignment of resources.
  • Use your subject matter expertise to enhance the the global mobility and immigration operations within, to facilitate meaningful and effective partner discussions.
  • Design process and program improvements with a consideration for global needs, advise partners on risks, dependencies, timing, and technology considerations.
  • Represent clients, Googlers and User Support organization to our stakeholders, Product Operations and Tooling teams and develop the HR Ops roadmap, taking client requirements into account, consulting on the value of HR Ops, and determining necessary service portfolio adjustments that scale with business needs.
