Job Summary
Acts as the liaison for the internal BT partner members, external partners, and customers regarding BeyondTrust University. Troubleshoot and resolve level 1 technical issues, primarily for partner learners, who are completing BeyondTrust University courses.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Respond to partner and other learners’ technical issues and questions regarding their training
- Coordinate partner assessment schedules with partner learners and other BT stakeholders, such as Solution Engineering and Professional Services
- Respond to learner, primarily partners’, registration issues and questions regarding their training
- Serve as a backup for Education Specialist and Technology Specialist
- Provides partner training reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ related professional experience.
- Experience with hands-on lab environments.
- IT technical foundations are a must.
- Comfortable and familiar with working with Fortune 500 companies, government, and educational institutions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
- Personable, yet knowledgeable demeanor.
Desirable Skills but not Required
- This section describes preferred qualifications, but not required.
- Strong desire to learn new skills and technologies.
- Cyber Security and/or networking background
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
