Job Summary

Acts as the liaison for the internal BT partner members, external partners, and customers regarding BeyondTrust University. Troubleshoot and resolve level 1 technical issues, primarily for partner learners, who are completing BeyondTrust University courses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

• Respond to partner and other learners’ technical issues and questions regarding their training
• Coordinate partner assessment schedules with partner learners and other BT stakeholders, such as Solution Engineering and Professional Services
• Respond to learner, primarily partners’, registration issues and questions regarding their training
• Serve as a backup for Education Specialist and Technology Specialist
• Provides partner training reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years’ related professional experience.
• Experience with hands-on lab environments.
• IT technical foundations are a must.
• Comfortable and familiar with working with Fortune 500 companies, government, and educational institutions.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Personable, yet knowledgeable demeanor.

Desirable Skills but not Required

• Strong desire to learn new skills and technologies.
• Cyber Security and/or networking background
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments
