Partners Team Lead Designer

We are seeking an experienced Partners Team Lead Designer to oversee the creation, coordination, and distribution of partner materials. In this role, you will manage a team of designers, ensuring that all partner-related materials are developed efficiently and distributed effectively. You will also maintain a database of partner assets, optimizing processes to enhance control and streamline dissemination. As a team leader, you will facilitate communication between your team and senior management, ensuring deadlines are met and projects adapt to evolving conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Partners Design Team focused on partner materials, overseeing onboarding, task distribution, and coordination within the team.
• Ensure effective communication with internal teams, particularly project managers, regarding task descriptions, deadlines, and any issues that may arise.
• Adapt projects to changing requirements, ensuring flexibility in execution to meet the evolving needs of the business and partners.
• Analyze team performance and prepare regular reports for senior management to track progress and results.
• Create and maintain a database of partner materials to optimize processes and ensure easy access to approved content for dissemination.
  

Designer Generalist Responsibilities:

• Develop partner materials for all projects: Static graphic materials, animated graphic materials (GIF, HTML, etc.)
• Design and develop landing pages for partner projects: Basic UI/UX design, optional landing page coding
• Support existing landing pages, making necessary updates and adapting them for different geographies in line with the brand’s needs.
• Create graphic visual materials for user communication, including push notifications, emails, and in-app notifications.
• Design promotional materials for new providers and games featured on the site.

• Proven experience as a lead designer or team manager, preferably within a partner marketing or digital marketing context.
• Strong knowledge of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), with a generalist approach covering both static and animated graphics.
• Experience with basic UI/UX design and landing page development; coding skills are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders across multiple departments.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in analyzing performance and preparing reports for management.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with partner programs or in an iGaming or similar fast-paced industry.
• Knowledge of HTML for animated materials and web design.
• Ability to adapt to rapidly changing conditions and project requirements.
