Good Karma Brands is looking for a Partnership Development Specialist to join our Home Office team, based in Milwaukee, WI, who thrives off a results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have a sales-minded attitude, while having a friendly and upbeat personality to set new business meetings for the GKB/ESPN Sales Teams through new business outreaches by researching businesses, utilizing sales tools, e-mail, and outbound calling.
Daily Tasks of a Partnership Development Specialist
- Set meetings with marketing decision makers via outbound calling (cold calling), emailing, social media, and other forms of outreach
- Research leads to have a thorough understanding of businesses, their locations, and their potential fit with GKB's solutions/services prior to initial outreach via cold calling
- Input meetings on calendars of appropriate Sales Team Members (and potential partner's calendar) with relevant details
- Make notes on partners/decision makers in Salesforce
- Establish value by providing GKB or industry specific information/research to potential partners that can help in obtaining appointments
- Measuring Success
- Number of first meetings scheduled
- Percentage of outreach that leads to new business meetings
- Initial partnership investment
- Lifetime investment by partner
- Other assigned tasks

Hours/Salary/Benefits
This is an exempt role with a competitive base salary. This role is eligible for full benefits including health, dental and vision insurance, Life Insurance, STD, LTD, 401(k) Plan, Dependent Care, paid parental leave, and more with opportunities for salary growth increase with skills and responsibilities and meeting targeted goals. The position will be required to work some evenings and weekends.
