What you will do:

The Partnership Manager of Indirect Channel Management (ICM) plays a pivotal role in formulating and implementing strategies pertinent to all Indirect Channels (IC) across Canada, with a focus on the public access market for Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs). This position entails comprehensive cross-functional collaboration. The incumbent will work cohesively with regional and global ICM leads to ensure that global standards on ICs are executed within Canada.

  • Channel Network Development: Identify, nurture, and manage our indirect channel network, concentrating on the public access sector for AEDs in Canada.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster solid relationships and organize meetings with key stakeholders to align, impart, and execute global ICM practices efficiently.
  • Education and Training: Direct the educational and developmental programs for business leaders and key stakeholders on all ICM topics.
  • Process Management: Ensure the development, communication, and execution of clear process flows, empowering stakeholders to implement ICM practices effectively.
  • Contract Management: Oversee end-to-end IC processes, ensuring contract precision and execution.
  • Issue Resolution: Make decisions on escalated ICM issues and work diligently to enhance established ICM standards.
  • Lifecycle Management: Administer rigorous IC standards through meticulous onboarding, contracting, and continuous monitoring.
  • Governance: Hold the overall responsibility for maintaining an efficient IC governance process, aligning with global standards and local requirements.
  • Opportunity Optimization: Collaboratively work with franchise leaders to explore and optimize business opportunities through new ICs.

What you need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 8+ years' experience in commercial roles, sales channel management, compliance, or market access roles, preferably in the health or public safety sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership and influencing skills with a proactive engagement approach.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Fluency in French preferred.
  • Exceptional analytical abilities with a knack for conceptualizing and developing insights.
  • Proficiency in building relationships and establishing credibility across functional teams.
  • Strong sense of accountability, capable of making effective independent decisions, and excelling under challenges.
