About the role

The Partnership Manager reports to the Head of Partnerships, and offers the chance to own growth and relationship building across a large portfolio of Influencers. Success in this role means growing revenue with an established group of influencers. Success also means working with new SYL influencers to onboard, educate, and grow revenue. Whether the influencers are long-time SYL users or just getting started, ultimate success in this role is driven by relationship building, learning about their drivers and goals, caring about their business, and earning their trust. Responsibilities Include

  • Managing, retaining, and accelerating growth of current SYL influencer accounts through highly proactive engagement through calls, email, and Hubspot
  • Onboarding, educating, and growing new SYL influencer accounts through best-in-class service with great attention to detail
  • Building and coaching influencers on creative strategies to best diversify their content and capitalize on earnings
  • Meeting and exceeding quarterly financial and north star metric goals
  • Researching and understanding the content, audience, key retailers, and competitor monetization across your influencer accounts
  • Monitoring traffic performance and collaborating cross-functionally with analyst, product, and community teams to optimize
  • Creating email marketing campaign templates with dynamic content using segmentation strategy and creative design

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of AM experience in digital/e-commerce
  • 1-2 years of AM experience in the influencer marketing space (both affiliate and sponsorships)
  • Demonstrated success in revenue growth, relationship building, and account management
  • Deep understanding of data and digital/influencer monetization models like CPA, CPC, sponsorships
  • Well-versed in understanding influencer engagement, comment sentiment, and what makes a creator valuable
  • Has a beat on social media/pop culture trends + influencer content creation workflows/best practices
  • Excellent analytical aptitude with solution-based creative thinking
  • Ability to manage dozens of relationships and initiatives in parallel
  • Influencer agency experience and Canva experience are a plus
  • Strong excel and data organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

The pay range for this position is is $75,000-$85,000K. The pay offered may vary depending on several factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Compensation packages include a variety of perks such as equity, competitive 401(k) match, rich benefits, and bonus.

This position is hybrid ~2days/week in our Santa Monica office.
