Main Purpose
Here at Indeed Flex, we are nothing without the Flexer - the Flex workers who utilize our app and marketplace and work the available shifts that help fill the need of our clients and make this transformation of flexible and temporary staffing industry possible. One crucial path to identifying potential Flexers is by working with trusted industry partners to promote opportunities locally to cultivate a capable and dependable pool of talent.
As a Partnership Support Specialist, you will collaborate daily with our trusted partners to identify priority requirements, coordinate fulfillment of shifts, as well as source and place candidates using our partners in conjunction with the Indeed Flex systems to ensure success of the client and of the overall Flex marketplace. You will support all U.S. Operations in day-to-day operational fulfillment, with the goal to create a great experience for the partner, the Flexer, and the client.
- Manage partner agency interactions and collaboration, liaising between clients, Flexors, agency partners, and internal support and operations stakeholders
- Identify opportunities not fulfilled by Flexers on the marketplace and coordinate with partner agencies to ensure proper client staffing is maintained
- Provide prompt, clear, and resolute support to clients, partners, and workers via email, chat, and phone
- Partner with internal Account Managers to ensure quality and suitability of the workers sent to client sites by partner agencies meets the same caliber and expectations of Flexers from the marketplace
- Support building the internal knowledge base, process guides, and support best practices for the organization as a whole, as well as site-specific information to ensure continued excellence of service delivery
- Ensure there are induction sessions available and that workers from partner agencies attend the appropriate induction
- Work with the onboarding team and account managers to ensure newly verified Flexers replace any partner agency workers in a way that does not damage the relationship with the agency
- Build and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Indeed Flex platform, how it works, and the benefits it offers for both Flexer and client
- Record any challenges, resolution paths, and feedback in the issue log to build internal knowledge and ensure appropriate transfer of information to internal and external stakeholders
- Support Account Managers in meetings with client site managers to represent operations and provide subject expertise on process and fulfilment
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated success in providing high levels of customer service and retention through prompt, complete resolution of issue and support tickets
- High levels of understanding with technology - able to learn new systems as well as find opportunities to improve current systems and processes
- High attention to detail and data-entry capabilities for taking notes and logging issues; maintaining accurate records of transactions, interactions, and workflows
- Able to coordinate with multiple groups and teams simultaneously, meeting competing deadlines and supporting teams internally and externally
- Comfortable working in an evolving, rapid-growth organization to support onboarding of new customers and adoption of new Flexers in new markets
- Capable of examining current processes to troubleshoot bottlenecks, identify improvement opportunities for efficiency and effectiveness, and supporting internal and external groups in new market expansions
- Highly independent and able to maintain performance and service levels through time, task, and priority management with minimum direct supervision
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to employ active listening, able to negotiate compromise and favorable outcomes for Indeed Flex and clients, and share impactful, coherent data to stakeholders and leadership, internally and externally
