Digital Assets Trading

IEX is building a bridge between traditional finance and digital assets with a new initiative that intends to give investors a transparent and compliant way to trade digital assets. We just announced plans to work with the leading cryptocurrency exchange, FTX, to establish a clear, simple, and transparent market structure for buying, selling and trading digital asset securities. Now, we’re looking to assemble the team that will help make that intention a reality. Come work with us and get involved in the strategy of execution of this initiative.

Partnerships - Digital Assets Trading

In this Partnerships role, you will manage and own important relationships with digital asset issuers that are key to our business and be the champion for both internal and external partners. You will launch and implement new partnerships, helping to build our digital asset brand(s) by collaborating closely with internal teams - product, marketing, and engineering - and external stakeholders. You will partner with internal stakeholders to establish an effective and scalable process for launching and maximizing new partnerships and work with Digital Assets Trading product management and our Dispatch team to inform our product vision based on external stakeholder feedback. The role will require strong project management skills and will be directly responsible for ensuring the success of our partnerships.

This job can be located in the New York office or remotely.

What You'll Do:

• Build and manage lasting relationships with digital asset issuers
• Work with Digital Assets Trading product management and our Dispatch team to inform our product vision based on external stakeholder feedback
• Collaborate internally with our marketing team to build our digital assets brand(s)
• Build effective, scalable processes for launching and maximizing new partnerships

About You:

• 3+ years in a business development, sales or a partnerships role, ideally some experience in crypto/web3
• Strong track record of understanding the needs of partners, and helping them understand the benefit of your offering
• Collaborative team player with experience working in cross-functional team environments (engineering, product, support, partnerships, marketing, etc.)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Passionate about innovation and making an impact in the technology and financial markets
