Partnerships and Alliances is a critical lever for Robert Bosch growth and success in today’s collaborative business environment. We are looking for a passionate and driven colleague to be a part of the Partnerships and Alliances team at Bosch Software and Digital Solutions (SDS) based in the United States.

General

• Be motivated and a self-starter who is comfortable working independently
• Open to working in a multi-cultural and agile team
• Drive business success and have the ability to maintain a realistic balance between strategic and operational priorities
• Experience in forging partnership and alliances in a digital and/or i4.0 ecosystem
• Experience in working in / with Cloud Hyperscalers and other large global organizations such as AWS, Microsoft, Google, SAP etc.
• Willingness to travel regionally, and internationally as required

Partnerships and Alliances

• Create and nurture key partner relationships for visibility and business impact in the North America region
• Be the key liaison between internal sales and portfolio stakeholders and partner counterparts
• Map relationships between appropriate industry and technology personnel in Bosch SDS and the counterparts in partner organizations
• Strong experience in designing and executing partner and alliance ecosystems.
• Proficiency in managing various partnership programs, including technology alliances and resell relationships
• Collaborate with global partnerships and alliances leads to share best practices and drive business impact beyond the local region
• Work with internal portfolio leaders to innovate and better align offerings for success in the partner ecosystem
• Stay updated on changes in partner programs, new opportunities with partners and socialize effectively within Bosch SDS

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• 7+ years of work experience in the IT, ITeS or Engineering services industry
• Experience working on business impact through partnerships and alliances
• Experience in working with hyperscalers 
• Ability to travel 33% of the time domestically, with possible international travel

Additional Information

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time position is $140k - $170k. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. In addition to your base salary, Bosch offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision plans; health savings accounts (HSA); flexible spending accounts; 401(K) retirement plan with an attractive employer match; wellness programs; life insurance; short and long term disability insurance; paid time off; parental leave, adoption assistance; and reimbursement of education expenses.
