About the role:
We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, and creative person who is eager to be challenged and build a career in marketing, and specifically, strategic partnerships/promotions. Our day-to-day job entails building relationships with brands and entertainment companies on behalf of our clients in an effort to create reciprocal, barter exchanges between those parties. In addition, we create talent endorsement deals, product placement, sponsorship and other types or partnerships for our clients.
The Partnerships Coordinator will primarily work with the Director and Executive Vice President of our division with film and brand promotions. This includes but is not limited to managing the execution of partnerships, managing the division’s partnerships via database management and outreach, assisting with the management of pitch lists and client status reports, promotion outreach, the production of presentation materials, scheduling meetings/calls, and other daily office administrative tasks.
This is a remote role reporting to our Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee partnership creative development and execution meaning interfacing with client and partner on execution of the actual promotional day-in and day-out.Â
- Business development and partnership development support including creation of pitch materials, formal emails, contracts, cold calling, and meeting planning.
- Research potential partners and participate in team brainstorms to identify suitable brands for potential programs.Â
- Organizing and keeping track of creative materials and deadlines.
- Update reports as needed, such as client status reports, case studies, presentations, contracts, etc.
- Develop and maintain databases, including files, promotional contact lists and promotional archives.
- Assist in preparing and planning for business travel, including trade shows and in-person pitch meetings.
- Manage data entry for Salesforce and pitch lists.
- Manage divisional calendar, meetings, travel, and more.Â
- General administrative marketing support.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous promotions experience is preferred with a focus on promotional creative execution.
- Previous secretarial/administrative experience preferred.
- Previous entertainment experience preferred.
Skill & Requirements:
- Must be able to multi-task in this fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint is required.
- Must have knowledge of maintenance, basic math, spelling, grammar, punctuation, English usage, and report & letter formats.
- Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of personnel, in person, via email and on the telephone.
- Must be very detail oriented. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and understand written and oral instructions.
- Must be able to organize and schedule work effectively and quickly.
- Must be able to handle a myriad of tasks.
- Must be able to work independently and be a self-starter.
Details:Â
- The annual salary range for this full-time position is $60,000-$65,000.Â
- This position will be eligible to participate in the standard benefits offered to full-time employees of Allied Global Marketing (medical, dental, vision, short-term and long-term disability and life insurance as well as 401k and Flexible PTO). We also offer 10 company paid holidays.Â
