Partnerships Coordinator

With this exciting growth, we’re looking for a Hero to join our team as the Partnerships Coordinator! This role helps close new partnerships and supports the management of our broad portfolio of 1K+ existing partnerships. This exciting role requires a combination of drive, creativity, relationship building, and strong organizational skills to manage our large partner portfolio and related systems. The role reports to our Partnerships Channel Manager.

Parking companies rely on SpotHero to help them reach new customers, in a tech-forward manner.  What you will do: 

• Assist in the account management of existing partnerships, including asset creation and implementation.
• Support account managers in day-to-day operations for various partnerships including reporting, analysis, billing, and other partner responsibilities.
• Field inbound inquiries from prospects, ensure timely follow-up, and support with the on-boarding of new partners.

Who you are: 

• You are a clear communicator when working alongside other departments and potential/existing partnerships.
• You are organized. You have great follow through on tasks and superior attention to detail. You're diligent and don’t get overwhelmed easily.
• You are self-motivated. You’ll be helping with the success of these partnerships, so you need to be driven by the excitement of helping grow the SpotHero brand 

What you (ideally) bring: 

• 0-1 years experience with Affiliate Marketing programs, or similar adTech.
• Experience working with Tune.
• Experience in sales, marketing, partnerships, or business development.
