What You’ll Do:
In this role, you will support the Partnerships Team gaining valuable insight into the Creator Economy and play a significant part in helping to build out the sales funnel and pipeline. This position will be a key part of our growth and success as we continue our mission to provide capital to creators to fund their businesses, live their best lives, and maintain independence.
- Strategically develop target lists by researching, tracking, and becoming an expert in the Content Creator space.
- Build and report on competitive and market driven insights to enable the team to better understand the landscape.
- Be creative and have an open mind to develop brand new strategies around finding and engaging talent.
- Responsible for understanding and supporting the processes and procedures used by the Partnerships team.
- Present recommendations for problem solving and continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
We’re looking for an excited, highly driven and capable ‘go-getter’ who has a passion for the Creator Economy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a support role
- Decisive, organized, and detailed, with a strong ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated success coordinating resources to support the growth of the Partnerships Team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Must have a collaborative working style

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Los Angeles. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $65-$75K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonus and equity. This position is non-exempt.
