Our revolutionary, unit-level map data and interactive visuals within our SightMap, TouchTour and Asset Intelligence product lines allow both property owners and prospective renters to better ensure occupancy and drive revenue.
As our Partnerships Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain's growth and dynamic environment, and you will support the growing partnership program. This position plays a key role in the continued success of the ecosystem we're building within proptech, including being involved with integrations partnerships and managing co-marketing projects.
What you'll do...

• Support VP of Unit Map Ecosystem and other members of the partnership team in daily activities, attending internal and external (in-person or virtual) meetings, preparing agendas and taking notes, providing regular reporting for KPIs and progress to goals
• Ensure accuracy of partner data, metrics and activity tracking by keeping Salesforce records up to date, documenting activities, meeting notes and tracking action items
• Create and distribute Partnership Overviews and action plans to partners
• Create and maintain marketing plans in collaboration with partnership and marketing teams
• Facilitate meeting scheduling for multiple internal and external stakeholders
• Support partnership program operations, facilitating process improvements, requesting documentation, support or assistance from other departments as needed
• Assist with special and administrative tasks and projects related to partnerships including but not limited to data entry, data auditing or analysis, and research

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in supporting administrative functions
• Beginner to intermediate experience with Salesforce
• A high degree of comfort and demonstrated proficiency with technology
• Detail-oriented with strong verbal and written skills

• Salary Disclosure for Colorado: minimum base salary of $55,000 - $60,000. Final offer amount is determined by factors including years and depth of candidate's experience, certifications, and skill set alignment to the job requirements
