About the role:

Narmi is seeking an experienced Partnerships Lead to drive forward our company’s revenue goals and product enhancements through strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional relationship-building skills to identify and manage partners that align with our overall product strategy and market positioning. This is an exciting opportunity to build and accelerate Narmi’s end-to-end partnerships strategy and ecosystem.

What you'll do:

  • Build the engagement framework for Narmi’s Partner programs to ensure effective recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and engagement of partners
  • Build relationships with technology partners, industry partners, industry consultants, core systems, financial institution associations, and our customers 
  • Provide guidance on partner pricing and partner agreement negotiations
  • Collaborate with our SVP of Operations and VP of Growth to establish high level Partnerships strategy and OKRs that tie into Narmi’s revenue goals
  • Develop partner requirements and lead day-to-day engagement with partners to execute against Narmi’s strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with Partner Operations to enable Sales, Customer Success, & Marketing teams on executing partner-driven campaigns, promotions, & lead generation activities
  • Represent Narmi and Narmi’s partnerships at industry events and on site with customers

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years relevant experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company, Financial Technology is preferred
  • Proven experience in successfully developing channel partnerships programs from the ground up and at scale
  • Deep network within financial technology and the broader tech ecosystem, with strong relationships at both established firms and emerging startups
  • Demonstrated excellent written, presentation and verbal communications skills
  • Experience with partners face-to-face at industry events, including dinners, conferences, and on-site meetings
  • Ability to travel as needed to accommodate partner and customer meetings and events

This role's expected annual base salary is $140,000 - $200,000. Base salary is only part of your total compensation. In addition to base salary, you will receive an equity option grant, and are eligible for performance-based cash and equity bonuses. Compensation included in an offer will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation ranges for candidates located outside of New York City may differ. You will also receive a full benefits package.
