About the role
Based out of our New York office, the Partnerships Manager will be focused on driving new client acquisitions through the management and expansion of select partners within the Rokt partner ecosystem.
The successful candidate will need to apply their strong solution selling skills and extensive commercial acumen in order to broker high value deals with enterprise level companies. Working alongside our key partners, they will be expected to build and cultivate strategies and tactics that drive maximum performance.
The partner ecosystem is a significant and rapidly-growing part of Roktās core revenue strategy - empowering deal flow via referrals and broader network exposure for the platform.
This role requires a self-starter with a passion for delivering results and strong interest in sales, strategy, marketing, analytics, and business development.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Drive net new revenue and logo acquisitions via Roktās partner ecosystem
- Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem solve with external partners at all levels of the organization
- Sell in the companyās products and offerings as well as confidently represent company POVs on industry topics in partner and internal meetings/emails
- Manage and grow relationships with key Rokt channel partners, interacting with day to day and senior-level contacts
- Work closely with partnersā sales teams to increase opportunities to co-pitch
- Proactively lead joint partner planning sessions that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones associated with a productive partner relationship
- Create business requirements, build proposals, and collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure clear and realistic deliverables
- Manage partnership deliverables including regular reports and ad hoc needs
Capabilities & Requirements
- Bachelorās degree from an accredited four-year university
- Proven negotiation skills and influencing abilities
- Min of 3-5 years of business development experience with Enterprise level clients
- Self-motivated problem-solver with a demonstrated use of critical thinking skills
- Experience in digital media, preferably AdTech and/or MarTech
- Comfort and experience with G Suite as analysis and presentation tools
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences
- Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to set clear priorities in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
- Proven communication, questioning and listening skills in formal and informal settings
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- A forward-thinking and curious mind that leverages creative problem solving skills to uncover and develop new ideas and revenue opportunities for the organization

Salary Range: $80,000 - $127,500 / year
