Job Description
What You'll Do
- Identify and target partners across restaurants, tech, services, and industry influencers.
- Drive end-to-end partnership process, from outreach to contract closure.
- Implement systematic partner identification and prioritization.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to spot trends and competition.
- Create tailored partnership proposals aligned with business objectives.
- Foster relationships with potential partners, stakeholders, and decision-makers and collaborate with internal teams for partnership strategy alignment.
- Lead negotiation discussions to establish mutually beneficial terms and agreements with partners.
- Work with legal team to draft, review, and finalize partnership contracts and agreements.
- Partner with the Partnerships Analyst to develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partnerships in driving business growth.
- Regularly analyze partnership performance, offering optimization insights.
- Collect partner and market feedback to shape product development and stay updated on industry trends, sharing insights internally.
- Attend industry events for a strong industry presence and utilize networking for partner identification and relationship building.
What We'll Expect From You
- Proven track record in B2B partnership development, preferably within the restaurant technology or related industries.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed for partner meetings and industry events.
- Legally able to work in the United States.ย
