Partnerships Manager

The Partnerships Manager plays a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic relationships with key partners in our launch cities. This role is essential in supporting service launch and scaling the business across new cities through collaborative efforts. The Partnerships Manager works closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that partnerships align with the company's goals and deliver measurable outcomes.

In this role, you will:

• Develop strategic partnership initiatives in support of Zoox’s commercial launch across multiple cities
• Lead the sourcing, evaluation, negotiation, and management of complex partnerships that enhance service capabilities and grow our robotaxi commercial operation
• Evaluate multiple partner opportunities across a single partner category and effectively prioritize potential opportunities
• Collaborate with Zoox stakeholders (incl. product, engineering, operations, procurement, marketing, strategy and finance) to ensure successful partnership execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 6+ years of experience in partnership development
• End-to-end deal experience, including developing, negotiating, and executing partnerships
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in evaluating trade-offs and making high-stakes decisions on critical projects
• Self-starter with the experience to excel in a fast-paced environment and passion for working in the AV landscape

• Experience working with product, engineering and other technical leaders
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to develop cost/benefit analyses and model deals

Compensation

There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $142,000 to $178,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
