Partnerships Manager
Job Description
- Identify, build and manage Jump 450's relationships with external stakeholders, including PE/VC firms, industry professionals and key e-commerce partners to promote joint offerings and to execute co-marketing activities
- Establish an understanding of the business objectives of these partners and match these with the range of services of Jump 450 to create and maximize new business opportunities
- Identify top strategic opportunities for Jump 450 to partner in high-profile events, conferences and thought leadership to amplify our brand and mission
- Support Jump 450 in research, identification, and segmentation of business opportunities regarding strategic partners
- Build and maintain a professional network; promote Jump 450 and our services to potential business partners
- Partner with internal cross-functional teams to ensure customer goals and performance metrics are met. This includes between sales teams, client service departments, and leadership. This can involve coordinating meetings, disseminating information, and ensuring alignment across various sales functions
- Deliver satisfied relationships that result in references and renewals
- Stay informed of industry news, innovations, trends and best practices
- Be able to handle specific projects or initiatives that require leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
- 5 plus years experience in Digital Marketing, Advertising, Corporate Communications, Business Development or a related field
- Educational background in marketing and advertising preferred
- Tech-savvy and proficient in G-Suite, Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Word and the ability to adapt and learn new systems quickly
- Highly dependable, and self-motivated with a strong ability to adapt to ever-changing priorities
- Ability to work under pressure with a sense of pride in high-quality output
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, taking initiative, and being a team player - even if that means jumping into an area outside of your wheelhouse
- Bachelor's Degree (Marketing, Business, Economics, or related analytics fields)
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong, professional verbal and written communication
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Infectious drive and "get things done" mentality
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Detail-oriented, extremely organized, and comfortable juggling many things at once
*Salary 100K plus uncapped commission
*While remote role, we prefer NY based candidates
