Partnerships Manager

The Partnerships Manager works with the Partner Relations team to carefully manage all aspects of the relationships with Bulletin Healthcare and Bulletin Media association accounts. These are sensitive relationships with a high degree of nuance, and the level of service provided by the Partner Relations team is one of the factors that differentiates Bulletin in the marketplace. The Partnerships Manager will work with both external association clients as well as various internal groups including, but not limited to, sales, finance, tech, data, etc. This role requires high attention to detail, being deadline driven, and excellent communication skills. The Partner Relations team is constantly balancing the demands of multiple partners. Clear communication internal and external, are crucial.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Daily writing, editing, proofing, and ad positioning assignments.
• Manage day to day relationships with assigned association partners (account management).
• Support content development, including briefing prototype development.
• Run and contribute on calls and in emails with assigned association partners.
• Support Ad Sales and Marketing teams to ensure necessary approvals are received and revenue is captured.
• Partner with Tech team on product fixes, changes, launches, and new partner onboarding.
• Identify and engage with potential new partners.

Minimum Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business.
• Minimum of 3 years of general business or non-profit experience.
• 10% domestic travel including occasional overnight.
