The Partnerships & Business Development team work closely with all internal groups across the organization, including Product, Sales, Legal, Creative, Finance, Engineering, Marketing, Ad Operations, and Data Operations. This stretches across the globe and Tremor International’s portfolio companies, Unruly, Tremor Video, and Amobee. We are a future-focused team responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and supporting partnerships that will drive value for our clients and unlock revenue across the business. We have strategic partnerships with all the major data, verification, and measurement providers and continue to work closely with our product teams to enrich our proprietary solutions with unique partnership-driven initiatives and offerings.
What You’ll Do:
We're looking for a Partnerships Manager to join our Partnerships & Business Development team in New York.
- Oversee a partnership portfolio of existing partners supporting on contracted services along with explore and launch new products and offerings
- Support internal teams to identify the right products and partners for our clients
- Build a partner pipeline of new strategic business development opportunities with quarterly objectives to launch new initiatives
- Lead the partner sourcing, negotiations, legal review, product prioritisation, and collaborate with Product Marketing on sales & training collateral, GTM plans, and product adoption
- Be a champion for our partner-supported measurement, verification, and creative products
- Manage partnership deliverables including reporting, invoice approvals, and ad hoc needs
What will I bring?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience within the media/ad tech industries
- A successful track record of business development and partnership management
- Experience growing differentiated relationships with partners
- Knowledge of Demand Side and Supply Side Platforms, Data Management Platforms, Media Measurement Providers, and Brand Safety & Verification solutions
- Strong B2B network within the global ad tech and media landscape
- Experience launching new initiatives and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and organization skills
- Strong writing, creative thinking and presentation abilities
- Experience with sourcing new partnerships through to launch
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work independently within a team setting
- Commercial acumen and negotiation skills

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role in NEW YORK is $95,000 - $120,000 at the time of posting. While this is our reasonable expectation this is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, actual compensation is influenced by a wide range of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, education, certifications, responsibility, and geographic location.  Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location. We offer a variety of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays. The specific programs and options available will vary depending on the state, start date, and employment type.
