The Job

We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to collaborate with our growing set of strategic and technology partners. We are developing an ecosystem of partners that enhance our products' value and help our partners grow their businesses. The Responsibilities

• Manage our strategic relationships with AWS and Snowflake
• Manage and drive joint go-to-market activities with our technology partners
• Enable our partners on our technology and unique value proposition
• Develop, negotiate, and close agreements with new partners
• Work with our product team to help prioritize new integrations and coordinate relationships to streamline development.
• Partner with our marketing team to develop joint marketing programs and campaigns that promote the company's products and services through partner channels.
• Take the lead in planning and coordinating partner-specific events, such as partner summits, workshops, conferences, and webinars.

The Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in a combination of technology partner management, partnerships, business development, Solutions Engineering, or GTM roles.
• Experience partnering with cloud providers and strategic technical partners, specifically AWS and Snowflake.
• A track record of successful execution of partner or GTM programs through joint GTM activities & cross-functional work across various internal teams.
• Strong background with technical B2B SaaS products, with experience in the cybersecurity industry.
• An ambitious mindset that enables you to work independently with little guidance, but also to use good judgment and call out issues when needed.
• A natural curiosity and eagerness to do whatever it takes, no task is beneath you, is a must. We are a scrappy team that works hard to accomplish ideas that others say can’t be done.
• Experience working in a startup environment highly preferred

Cash compensation range: 170,000-215,000 OTE (70/30 pay split) USD Annually

The cash compensation above includes base salary and on-target commission for employees in eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, all full-time Pantherinos are eligible to participate in our equity plan to receive Incentive Stock Options (ISO). Individual compensation packages are based on a few factors unique to each candidate, including their location, experience, and expertise, and may vary from the above-mentioned range.
