Outbrain is seeking an ambitious, data savvy, relationship-driven, and customer-centric Partnerships Manager to join our Demand Partnerships team. You will be responsible for supporting the success of Outbrain’s DSP (Demand Side Platform) and SSP (Sell Side Platform) partnerships. The ideal candidate is analytical and an enthusiastic self-starter who is ready to dive in, identify opportunities for clients, build and lead consultative client relationships, and drive the best possible client experience in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a resourceful, bright, proactive, calculated risk-taker, who works well independently and as part of a team.

This person will be in charge of building long-term relationships with our partners to help them achieve their goals through implementation, optimization, and new product adoption. We’re looking for a tech-savvy individual who can properly navigate technical integrations, troubleshooting and optimizations for some of Outbrain’s largest platform customers

A day in the life
Manage a large and diverse portfolio of clients consisting of various DSP and SSP types, implementing performance-based customer success strategies to ensure growth.
Provide a high quality of service. Empower and educate clients. All with the alignment and understanding of the company's long-term goals.
Work in a fast-paced environment while leading multiple projects and relationships
Own the full post-sales journey of the client – from onboarding to retention.
Communicate with clients, and monitoring and reporting on campaign performance.
Analyze data for each client, using in platform data, additional analytics platforms, and various tools to present recommendations on optimizations and upsell opportunities.
Upsell clients by identifying growth opportunities and pitching new products and features based on data and customer goals/feedback.
Collaborate effectively with multiple teams across different regions and time zones.
Onboard, manage and grow client relationships with our supply partners within the SSPs,OEM, App, Newsletter and Push notification space
Serve as the main point of contact for post-sales accounts, supporting the client on their daily needs and technical troubleshooting
Meet and consult regularly with clients to understand priorities, review performance, and share product updates
Oversee core technology integrations (including , oRTB, Header bidding, JS, SDK and API), with support from technical operations and product, to ensure smooth and successful launches
Collaborate with cross functional teams such as product, engineering, technical operations, legal and finance to to build platform partner strategies
Prepare and lead quarterly business reviews for client executives to outline client strategy and identify possibilities to optimize performance through product updates or upsells/cross-sells
Forecast and track client performance metrics for both clients and for internal teams
Collect feedback from clients on product features, performance and adoption to escalate feedback to internal stakeholders
What you’ll bring
3-5 years of programmatic account management experience (experience with Demand Side Platforms, or Sell Side Platforms is a plus)Â
Excellent communication skills; ability to establish rapport with internal and external stakeholders
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to lead multiple projects and relationships with changing and/or competing priorities
Critical thinker; Possess strong problem-solving, project management and self-regulation skills
Analytical; Comfortable digging through data, manipulating it in excel, and drawing out impactful insights for your clients.
Attention to detail; You’re very organized, with the ability to adjust priorities based on client needs
Able to work independently and as part of a team while balancing multiple tasks
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Powerpoint; manipulating large data sets and creating pivot tables/graphs
Comfortable upselling products to clients and handling contractual renewals/relationships
Experience with data visualization software such as Tableau, Looker or Redash is a plusÂ

The annual pay range for this position is $95,000.00 -$125,000.00 including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for an equity package, as well as our competitive benefits and perks to support you and your family as part of Outbrain's total rewards package.
