As a Partnerships Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and analyzing the effectiveness of omni-channel partner and affiliate marketing campaigns. Tactics include, but are not limited to social media, co-branded advertising, email marketing, SMS, and custom landing page lead capture.Â
Responsibilities:Â
- Help manage the influencer, affiliate, and brand ambassador programs within their subsequent management software systems with VP of Marketing.
- Locate leads and build a B2B lead pipeline for partnerships, affiliates, and influencers in Salesforce.
- Design and implement targeted campaigns to drive brand awareness and convert target audience lead traffic in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels.
- Identify opportunities and methods to drive traffic to organic sources including blogs, webinars, case studies, podcasts, and infographics that translates to sales and brand promotion.
- Stand up landing pages for affiliate and brand ambassador programs.
- Customize Partnership Onboarding Packets and Brand Training for new partners and affiliates.
- Create Marketing Content Flow for Influencers and Partners to utilize in digital media and print.
- Review performance metrics of existing campaigns to identify under targeted audiences and underperforming campaign tactics.
- Manage existing campaigns and work to optimize performance through A/B testing and other optimization techniques.
- Ensure accuracy of campaign-building and tracking in Salesforce.
- Create conversational style of engagement for a seamless transfer to sales.
- Provide comprehensive reporting of campaign performance and conversion rates across active campaigns.
- Write, edit, and optimize content on owned and earned OTR Solutions channels, including web copy, SEO and SEM/SEA copy, blog posts, social channels, whitepapers, case studies articles, e-books, emails, infographics, videos, podcasts, and webinars.
- Manage marketable audiences across each business segment.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and new marketing technologies to continuously improve processes and capabilities.
- Work with industry partners and influencers to promote brand and services
- Stay up to date on best practices and emerging trends in B2B and influencer marketing.
- Work with digital content specialist, graphic designer and videographer to properly deliver and educate audience on products and services.
- Aggerate relevant content from industry organizations and subject matter experts
- Reports to the VP of Marketing.
What we look for:Â
- 5-7 years corporate Digital Marketing or Demand Generation B2B experience.
- Proven track record of marketing funnel data analytics and ROI reporting.
- Proven track record of strategically designing and launching successful drip campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications preferred.
- Salesforce Datorama and Interaction Studio experience a plus.
- Proven project management expertise to meet the challenge of multitasking and delivering to tight deadlines.
- Experience using project management tools like Asana for reporting a plus.
- Exceptional writing skills, with a passion for storytelling and an understanding of messaging to achieve results.
- Advanced skills in marketing technology to design high performing marketing automations and outreach campaigns.
- Experience maintaining a shared editorial marketing calendar.
- Working understanding of SEO principles and marketing strategy.
- Team player with multi-tasking and prioritizing abilities.
- Solid working knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, etc), of software/web applications including Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, Excel, Word).
- Experience with social media monitoring tools like Sprout Social.
- Transportation and trucking business experience a plus.
