What You’ll Do
In this newly created role, you will support the Partnerships Team at every stage of the content acquisition sales cycle. This position will be a key part of our growth and success as we continue our mission to provide capital to creators to fund their businesses, live their best lives, and maintain independence. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently, time manage multiple projects in parallel and be proficient in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Ensure CRM data integrity on behalf of the Partnerships Team
- Monitor and optimize effectiveness of process flows
- Support Spotter’s underwriting operations through cross functional communication and data quality assurance
- Maintain and organize Partnerships Team internal collateral
- Coordinate ad hoc projects between internal support teams
Who You Are
We’re looking for an excited, highly driven and capable ‘go-getter’ who has a passion for the Creator Economy.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-3 years of experience in a support role
- Salesforce experience required
- Decisive, organized, and detailed, with a strong ability to multitask.
- Demonstrated success coordinating resources to support the growth of the Partnerships Team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project and time management skills
- Must have a collaborative working style

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in Los Angeles. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current pay range is: $50-$500K salary per year. The range listed is just one component of Spotter’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual discretionary bonus and equity. This position is non-exempt.
