Partnerships Project Manager

Your daily tasks will entail:

• Selecting and onboarding new partners globally, based on the overall product strategy

• Negotiating partner agreements, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners

• Forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and regularly reporting on partner performance metrics

• Identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives

• Conducting regular partner performance reviews and developing action plans to optimize partner performance

• Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance outsourcing efficiency and effectiveness

• Researching and analyzing other Operations projects and suggesting improvements

What we expect from you: 

• Excellent command of written and spoken English

• 2+ years of experience in project management, business administration, or partnership management

• Proven track record of leading partnerships, owning relationships, and contract negotiations

• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to derive insights from data to support strategic decisions

• Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills

• Attention to detail and strong self-discipline

• Strong time and task management skills to handle multiple projects with tight deadlines

• Monthly salary EUR 2,100–2,600 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills
