Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Partnerships Specialist, you will provide valuable support to the Partnerships Manager in the day-to-day activities of the partnerships team. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in partnerships and business development, offering valuable insights, mentorship, and networking opportunities in the dynamic field of partnerships at BeatBox Beverages.

Supervisory Responsibilities: 

• This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change. 

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support:
• Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and calls for the Partnerships Manager.
• Take comprehensive meeting notes and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
• Handle various organizational tasks to ensure smooth operations of the partnerships team.
• Partnership Performance Monitoring:
• Collaborate with the Partnerships Manager to monitor the performance of existing partnerships.
• Compile and analyze data related to partnership KPIs and prepare reports.
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and optimization in ongoing partnerships.
• Research Potential Partnerships:
• Conduct thorough research to identify potential partnership opportunities.
• Assist in creating profiles and summaries of potential partners, including their industry standing and relevance to company objectives.
• Support in the evaluation of partnership potential based on predefined criteria.

Required Skills/Abilities 

• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Education/Experience: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Familiarity with partnership concepts and business development is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Time Commitment:

• 15 - 20 hours per week
