Main Purpose
Indeed Flex uses an approved list of agency supply partners to support staffing requirements on key client accounts - agency relationships are an integral part of our growth strategy, and you will play a key role in ensuring the team delivers by cultivating a culture of focus, collaboration, accountability, and results through robust people development and performance accountability.
Your team will manage existing supplier relationships and recently engaged agency partners to support client accounts at the enterprise level. The purpose of the role is to coach, mentor, and manage your team to build meaningful relationships with agencies to ensure excellence in performance and service delivery, high levels of client fulfillment, and to maintain high levels of agency satisfaction.
Responsibilities & Duties
- Take full ownership of and accountability for an expanding team's performance during a growth period. You must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and periods of rapid change.
- Coach and mentor your teams to ensure processes are adhered to and optimized where necessary, KPIs are achieved and exceeded, and identify a clear path to high performance and satisfaction within team.
- Collaborate internally in support of your team to report on agency activities, implement new MSP client accounts, solve problems, and optimize processes.
- Support your team to prepare and deliver highly effective briefings and lead meetings to inform and engage agencies, and drive performance targets. Attending meetings and presentations both internally and externally to support your team as required.
- Ensure clear, cohesive, and prompt interdepartmental communication.
- Act as a point of escalation for our agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Assertiveness/conflict resolution: Use a range of conflict resolution techniques to achieve goals and strengthen team and cross-functional relationships. Challenge others effectively.
- Adopt a facilitative style and guide dialogue to achieve shared objectives and ownership of outputs.
- Manage underperformance in line with Indeed Flex performance policy
- Take responsibility for the professional development of the team, ensuring that OKRs are SMART, formal and informal reviews undertaken on a regular basis, and personal development plans are achieved.Â
- Approximately 80% of your time is spent on line management and team development, with 20% spent on other tasks as appropriate, including high-level relationship management and supporting implementations.
- Extensive experience managing a team in a high-volume, high-urgency environment with omnichannel support platforms.
- Demonstrated support in providing strong leadership and direction to a team of direct reports with performance management and communication for an a-synchronous, globally distributed team
- Expertise in digital support platforms, including CRM, knowledge repositories/wikis, data management, data visualization tools, analytics & reporting, etcÂ
- Expertise in Google Workspace or Microsoft equivalent
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to collaborate and communicate effectively with relevant internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- High level of technical acumen and proficiency to learn and utilize new software and technologies quickly to continuously evolve and improve our tech-driven advantage
- High level of analytical and critical thinking skills with a strong drive to investigate, analyze, and resolve simple and complex problems
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet conflicting deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software suite
- Highly proficient with utilizing several tools to enable real-time collaboration with a globally distributed workforce, such as Miro, Monday, Salesforce, Google Meet, Zoom, Slack, etc
- $90,000 to $130,000 baseÂ
