Parts Counterperson

Jim Koons Automotive Companies is seeking an experienced Parts Counterperson for our Woodbridge Ford location. This is a Salary + Commission full time opportunity. The candidate for this role must have at least two years automotive parts sales experience.

What will you be doing as a Parts Counter Person:
 Work with customers and technicians to identify required parts

 Advise customers on necessary and related parts needed
 Look up parts using electronic parts catalog system
 Input parts pricing on counter invoices and repair orders
 Handle phone calls and orders with customers and vendors
 Follow Privacy and Information Safeguards rules and procedures
 Maintain a clean work area and help with general housekeeping
 Other duties may also be assigned

What we are looking for:
 Proficient in email and basic computer skills
 Must take direction well and follow through entire task
 Must be able to perform other duties when assigned.
 Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
 Some heavy lifting is required.
