We are searching for the next great Machine Operator. It’s a great opportunity to jump start your Career in a new and exciting direction.

Your Day-to-Day task in the Pasting Machine Operator Department will be the following:

• Applies the appropriate paste to grids, creating plates that help the battery to hold its charge
• Loads raw materials into machines
• Manually on and off bears materials from/to machines
• Assists operator in monitoring pasting machine function
• Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity
• Enters data into Data collector
• Ability to work in extreme temperatures and heavy environment is a plus.
• Must be committed to safety excellence and have ability to wear all required PPE (including a respirator).
• Must be clean shaven.
• All employees must follow strict hygiene rules including mandatory showering and lunch periods on site.
• You must be able to lift 50 - 80 lbs. and stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to use hand tools and learn specific machine controls, gauges, etc.
• Strong team skills.
• Ability to solve problems and recommend solutions.
• Ability to complete any required documentation.
• Highly dedicated with a proven record of excellent attendance.
• Basic English proficiency to interpret work and apply safety instructions
• Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)

Salary Range: $19.50-$20.00 / hr

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
