Patient Account Representative

CO Salary Range: USD 17.00 - 19.25 per hour

Position: Patient Account Representative
Pay Range: $17-$19.25 D.O.E
Location: Aurora, CO

Description: The Patient Account Representative will be responsible for answering patient phone calls regarding billing. This position will answer billing questions, explain EOBs to patients, explain insurance benefits, and solve other questions/problems the patient is facing.

Requirements:

• Must have 1-2 years of medical billing experience
• Must have call center experience or experience talking with patients on the phone
• Healthcare experience required
