Patient Account Representative

Job description

We are currently hiring for a Patient Account Representative! Duties will consist of answering questions from patients regarding their bills, explaining EOB's and setting up payment plans. Seeking a candidate who is interested in a fast-paced environment and looking for longevity!

Pay Rate: $18-21/hr

Location: Robbinsdale, MN

Requirements:

• Insurance or Medical Billing experience
• Customer Service experience

• Experience using EPIC
• Customer Service experience
